If anyone ever kicks someone for a legitimate reason, could we post it in here?

I just got a /w from tamer... who i know is really annoying sometimes, and i wouldn't put it past him to do something stupid.
Anyway he was asking me for a /ginvite. I checked on here and didn't find anything so i threw him one. But i was someone uncomfortable with it since i didn't know how legitimate it was. He said "i'd rather not get into it, but it was just a joke" ... left me kinda wondering.

Thats what happened to magisprite apparently, he just left 2 times before out of anger, got let back in, and cadia decided 3 strikes and your out, honestly if shes such a loose cannon with the leaving, we cant risk giving out our gear to her.

Khrima wasn't on the site anymore, but aspyr, kalous, and stewe add up to about -37dkp.... so depending on where khrima was, we could possibly be positive and be able to redistribute pts as a one time "on time" bonus. or we mght be close enough that we're more or less at zero. In the future i think it wouldn't be bad to use initiates dkp that dont make it as dkp bonus for being on time to raids... otherwise im at a loss as far was what we should do with it.

approximately -55.5 dkp with khrima...

an overall redistribution of the pts would work... i guess this would be to all members, inactive or not? i guess the best way to keep it 0 dkp.

well with negative DKP as with Khrima i would simply remove him and take the points we got for his leggings away from us. So we wouldnt receive points...we would lose them

Forum access is taken away asap for people like gen. Doro can still see everything except apps i think, maybe he can still see those.

No, people who get kicked do not have their dkp redistributed amongst us.

umm...forum access on a case by case basis i guess.. But in general i think anyone who leaves loses access.

although, maybe joking isnt the approach we need due to all the leadership non-trust moving around and all that...i still think if we did it and explained it, it might be kinda comical ;]

That could be amusing, so long as people understood. However, when we start kicking real people, we need to have a post explaining what we're doing, because if we want this to help and not hurt, people need to understand what we're doing, otherwise we continue to lose their confidence.
