Instancing reliability

Is there a way we can encourage people to be more consistant on raids? ... mainly zg.

I know i am guilty of this too, but i feel like every time i run ZG we are changing out party members every 5 min and constantly have ninja afks. While this isn't as big a deal in MC, in ZG we take about twice as long as we need to waiting on people and i'd like to see that stop, where if people can only be there for one boss then they give their spot to someone else.

My only thought is that if we have a dkp system in place, you dont get dkp if you are there for 10 minutes then leave. Your dkp gets redistributed to the other people. This will discourage people from joining up then leaving, and the people that really do need to leave unexpectedly shouldn't care as they have more important IRL shit to do.

Re: Instancing reliability

I'm at a friends house. A couple others were stopping by to play a boardgame. I was planning on going to ZG, but when I looked up the time was 8pm (6pm st). Fuckin' a, this is the 3rd time I've done day 1 without getting day 2.
