that's going to either kick ass, or be so complicated noone can figure it out and enjoy it to the full potential it has.

there is a game kind of like this....it's kind of fun...you're a bunch of different bacteria and you move around in this chemical and reproduce with others and see how many different combinations you can get

oh my god that's amazing. i like the point he makes at the end of the video: a truely open ended end-game, as opposed to the 'sandbox' opening and goal oriented endgame we're all used to.

black and white 2 wasn't as fun as 1...but they are both still good

I could never get into the original black and white. No matter what I did my stupid pet would always just ignore me. So I just had him eat all my followers and that was that.

Never played either, which would you reccomend? (As long as the games arent sequelish, wanting you to play 1 before 2)

1 introduces you to the game....2 is in no way a continuation, just the same game with more options

That's boring. It's more fun to get your creature to eat the opposing player's villagers.

Black and White 2 is a ton better if you ask me. You have control of armies, defenses, and you can set setting to encourage your creature to be good or evil much much easier. Also... there's mass pickup option. Ever picked up 200 villagers, caught them on fire, and flung them into an opposing player's town? Heheheh...

Black and White 2 -is- fairly awesome. Also, your pet can be evil while still being a "good" god. It's nice, because my cities are all clean and sunny while my rugged evil wolf tears through the opposition.
