What do you want from hammered?

I don't know if people will like this thread, but im very interested with all the discussions.

I would love it if everyone would reply to this, but try not to comment on other people's posts. Just put what you want out of this guild. If you want to raid more say it. If raiding isn't for you, say it. It goes on if you want world bosses/teh purples/BG/new content/hpt... just say it. If you're bored and want to reroll say it. Maybe we can gain a little perspective on our fellow guild mates this way.

• I am personally looking foremost at having close knit atmosphere. I want to have the desire to log onto WoW just to say hi to friends.
  
• I want to raid 3 nights a week, not a hardcore raiding schedule, but when we are raiding I want to be hardcore
  
• I want to raid BG a lot in our off nights. If its not scheduled I want to be in BG. I want to get to the point where we dont just have our 1 win against infamous, but to where they /afk against us.
  
• I want to get my drood to 60 to help with class balance
  
• I dont want new content for a while
  
• I personally don't care much about world bosses or ZG
  
• I no longer care about teh purples

1) People to put their full concentration into any instance we do

2) to start BWL, I know this is an unpopular opinion as of late, but this might just show people what kind of effort we're going to need to put in to progress.

3) to run ZG and once I take my GRE I should start playing more again during the week

4) 1.10 to come and fix priests because we have a lot of problems :'(

5) want to beat infamous more in BG's that WSG game this last weekend was a huge rush and the most fun I've had in a long time in WoW.

1) To always be happy about logging into WoW; to friends.

2) People to be here to progress; to win. To reach new heights, to perfect our game. To work well as a full unit, to be the best guild Horde-side. To try new things; ala the world dragons and silithus. We don't have to be serious as a whole, but we need to be about raiding to get anywhere.

3) I am 100% content with the 3-day raiding schedule. It gives us time to farm/lollygag/prepare.

4) To be as useful as possible without over-stepping my bounds. As a resource, as a tank.

This is pretty much what I want as well.
I dont know about you guys, but our First, Domo, onyxia, and Rag kills where the most exciting and fun I've had while raiding. Being able to progress in end game content is what I look forward too and enjoy quite a bit.

I do BG's for fun and to test myself to see how good I am. If we could raid BG's more often and constantly win and play good games vs infamous then I'd be satisfied.

And Finally, I want Hunters to be nerfed. I hate them with a passion as Im sure all of you know.

So in Conclusion, 3 set raiding days a week. The rest of the week we do ZG, BG, and any outdoor bosses. And the entire time have fun doing it.

1) New content. Doesn't mean BWL, there is a lot out there like the Silithus bosses and the green dragons. It can even be guild PVP nights. I am almost exalted with AB and I can honestly say 90% of that is from pickup groups. A guild group would be new content for me. There is still the Edge of Madness event in ZG that I have never seen, in fact I have never killed a single one of the imps.

2) To focus more during raids. We should be able to clear ZG with zero wipes. Clear MC with no wipes until maybe Rag.

3) To not have to mute people on vent or yell over people during raids. I hate yelling, but a lot of the time I have to so that people know there is a loose rock or Lit has moved and needs heals.

4) For the rules to be set. DKP, application process, etc. It's been a long time and we still haven't decided anything.

5) Fun events planned and executed. We had an arena event once and an Ironforge race.

6) More signatures by walkamoly.

So, my views are really the same as when we started this guild. My original vision of sorts was to form a tight knit community of players/friends that overall were pretty chill. On top of this I wanted to show the server that we could be this tight knit community first, and still pwn anything that was thrown at us via PvE or PvP. So with that in mind....

1) I want to see more maturity and seriousness in raids.
-I don't mind the "inane" vent chatter in between important fights. The thing is if you cannot do this AND still pay attention to what's going on/identify when things are fucking up, cut back.

2) To Own in the truest sense of the word.
-I want to see us become a well oiled raiding machine, be it pvp or pve. I want the Alliance to see our tabard/tag and run away. I want to see alliance PuGs afking routinely when they see us in BGs. I want Ragnaros to be on pwn status. (That's right, way more hardcore than farm status.) We have the people, we have the skill. We just need to bring the focus.

3) Less fucking drama.
-The whole idea involved in a tight knit community is that everyone should not be at each other's throats the whole time. Chill out, don't take RL problems out on people in game. If you want to talk about shit fine, but don't just bring anger.

4)New Content.
-I'd love to step into BWL. I'd love to do more ZG. Scurn made a great point about new content being in forms of things we havn't seen before, and part of playing my shaman is just getting a fresh perspective. I guess in the end I'd like us to take our raiding more seriously and be a little more hardcore. Not hardcore in the "we raid 6 nights a week you noobs" sense, but the "we step into BGs and new content and everything fears us because we pwn so hard" sense.

5)Focus. Focus. Focus.
-This goes along with everything I've said. I just would like to see people sit down at a raid, do their absolute best for 4 hrs, and then head out when we're done. We setup a static raid schedule for a reason, so people could somewhat clear up their schedules for it. I understand it's a game, but end game content requires everyone to pay attention. That's my main problem with MC. It teaches people bad habits. This coming weekend, I'd like to see full concentration given in MC. No fucking around, just kicking ass and taking names.

• To take a bigger stand in Molten Core. If someone screws up too many times, boot them from the raid. They'll learn their actions are not appreciated.
• A bit more activity time so we can do things like Kazzak/Azuregos/The Dragons when they unexpectedly pop up.
• An epic mount for my birthday on the 18th!

As personal things I can be happy with via Hammered:

• Getting bigger and bigger shadowbolts. That's (imo) one of the coolest things I've been doing with Shaidar since I got 60. I want the k's to keep rolling in :-)
• Continue to master my agg control so that even though they get huge, my bolts don't pull teh agg. Hopefully I don't get uber-bugged like Mr. Becho, though, and pull agg with a curse of shadows or whatever it is :-) (Just teasing you as always Becho)
• To gain the respect of a lot of awesome people who I play video games with. I really respect all of you, and I hope that everyone comes to the conclusion that I'm sharp, focused, and can be relied upon to deliver when it matters.

In terms of goals for the guild:

• Get everyone the gear they drool over in a reasonable time, without any big fights over gear.
• Move on to new challenges when we're ready, since Blizz puts so much effort into putting new shit in front of us (but not behind us)
• Have collective fun

1. Want it to be like it used to when everyone got along and it was good times. I log into the game now and it's not as fun as it used to be, people are either too busy bitching or being egotistical asses.
2. For all you all to figure out your MC probs...apparently I can't say much here.
3. When I hit 60 or near there, I want to join in on MC and other instances you all go to.
4. I want to enjoy myself. I do not want to feel like I am surrounded by strangers with only 3 people I speak with on a regular basis-and even then, have those people ignore me because they are too busy with "guild drama."
5. I want to help you guys out...I'm not in MC yet, but am willing to make potions for some of you if you need it, if you have the mats even better, but I donate things when I can to some people.
6. I want to meet more people like Bech an Lit-we've been hangin out for approx 2 years now an have become good friends in that time. That is what I want most of anything from this guild, that's what makes working in a group great.

1. Enjoyability with the guildmates. Nothing sucks more than having an issue with a guildy. That I want to do all I can to destroy any possible shreds of it.

2. Fun. Is there much more to say? In any form, something fun. MC, ZG, BGs, running around in Stormwind with Diroses, hell, anything.
