Nothing is to be hated, it is simply a masterpiece

Re: Concerning -The Lord of the Rings trilogy-

The Return of the King is surely a masterpiece since the director didn't skip any chapter of the actual story, by J.R.R. Tolkien. But in the first and the second parts he skipped alot of important chapters and added scenes and sentences that don't exist in The Lord of the Rings novel. We, Tolkien fans, didn't like that especially the removal of Tom Bombadil's chapter and 90% of the Council of Elrond chapter.

The movies you watched are real, as mentioned in the books, yet the director ignored some scenes and chapters from the book and added on his account monologues for the sake of the epical atmosphere.

As for your wish to see such movies, I must say that, you won't for the author of The Lord of the Rings is deceased 34 years ago (J.R.R. Tolkien). But, I've read on imdb website that the might put The Hobbit (which is also a Tolkien's masterpiece) to life in a movie by around 2009, it's not confirmed yet.
