Mehlis’ report is not based on any evidence!! We all condemn the likes of Rustom Ghazaly, but anyway IF the named are guilty, then you cannot caste it on Syria as a whole, or even the regime. That Syrian intelligence will go against Bashar or the regime if it was in their advantage. You cannot therefore connect them together. I guess anyway Charl Ayoub was right. Mehlis’s report based on 80% of the Lebanese investigation team’s findings, and still no direct accusations can be made.
