Don't answer a cell phone while it is being CHARGED!!
A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell phone at home.
Just at that time a call came through and he attended to it;
with the instrument still connected to the electrical wall outlet.
After a few seconds electricity flowed into the cell phone unrestrained and the person was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.
His parents rushed into the room only to find him unconscious, with weak heartbeats and burnt fingers.
He was rushed to the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
A Cell phone is a very useful modern invention.
However, we must be aware that it can also be an instrument of death if not used correctly..
Never use the cell phone while it is hooked to the main electrical source.

He had problem in Power Circuit of his phone !
Basically the cellphone is made of fiber / plastic materials for the out look shape , those materials are electric insolators , and can't hold any charge cells ( +/-) .
The only thing make the fone burns is , the entire board ship when it catches wrong charges that cause electrical contact then leads to fire or burns .
This must have something wrong , he could had wet hands that could reached the power or something then got the electric shock .
.......
Normal cellphones plus away from any electric problems , is Fine and Secure even when its pluged into the wall on charger .

Cult: aTe explained that the story has something missing, that its okay to talk while you are recharging, but be sure that ur cell is fine and nothin wrong with it, and your hands or ear are not wet.
