i think the answer would be...
A: Nine o'clock, because Since there are 12 hours between the 2 times, and half of that time is six, then the halfway mark would have to be 7 o'clock. If it were 7 o'clock, two hours ago, the time would now be nine o'clock.

since you have stated a certain time between 2 hrs after 1:00 pm , and 2 hrs before 1:00am . So you talking about a bunch of hrs beween 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm .

9 am.
at 7 am it is as long as after 1 pm as before 1 am.
.from after 1 pm to 7 am is a much as 18 hours
.and from before 1 am to 7 am is as much as 18 hours
so if before two hours it was 7 am then now it is 9 am.

Nine o'clock. Since there are twelve hours between the two times, and half of that time equals six, then the halfway mark would have to be seven o'clock. If it were seven o'clock, two hours ago, the time would now be nine o'clock
