Misrable Human Rights!!
وفاة فلسطينية رفضت المستشفيات استقبالها


أصدر مركز التنمية الانسانية (الحمائي لحقوق الانسان) بيانا عرض فيه لمأساة ناديا جدعي يمين، وهي فلسطينية من مخيم مار الياس أصيبت بمرض في القلب وتعذر ادخالها مستشفيات بيروت.

وفي تفاصيل البيان أن يمين (60 سنة) دخلت "مستشفى الهمشري في صيدا اثر تعرضها لجلطة دماغية، بعدما استحال دخولها معظم مستشفيات بيروت، رغم ان اهلها حملوا تكلفة معهم وتعهدوا توفير اي مبلغ اضافي. غير ان الاعذار لعدم ادخالها كانت دائما تبرز بعد ابرازها بطاقتها الفلسطينية. وعزا بعض المستشفيات السبب الى عدم وجود اماكن شاغرة. وتحجج غيرها بغياب الامكانات واغفل السبب الحقيقي. وتنقل اشقاؤها بين تسع مستشفيات في بيروت، ولكن جهودهم راحت سدى وتوفيت المريضة. والسؤال هل هناك قانون او عرف عام يمنع الفلسطيني من التمتع بحق الاستشفاء والطبابة في لبنان كما هو الحال في قانون الملكية وحق العمل؟ وهل حياة الانسان الفلسطيني باتت رخيصة الى هذا الحد؟

اذا كانت الاونروا غير قادرة على تحمل مسؤولية كهذه واذا كانت جمعية الهلال الاحمر الفلسطيني لا تملك امكان علاج مثل هذه الحالات، فلماذا تمنعت مستشفيات بيروت وأغلقت ابوابها عن احتضان الفلسطينيين؟".

واستنكر "مركز التنمية الانسانية" الاهمال الذي يتعرض له الانسان الفلسطيني في لبنان. وناشد وزير الصحة اللبناني والمدير العام للأونروا ورئيس جمعية الهلال الاحمر الفلسطيني "التدقيق في ظروف وفاة ناديا يمين والعمل على تأمين الضمانات الصحية للشعب الفلسطيني في الشكل المناسب".
