Ideal Weight
dunno where to post this msg cuz its been long time i didnt open pc. btw i want to ask, does anyone knows the ideal weight for me, im 165cm. well im gaining 6 kgs :-D my healthy in progress so i want to reach my ideal weight. mmmm i'm 44 kgs now
 : actually i dont care about outshape but i dont want to look like a sick person, thats all :cry:
