The following extension adds a search movies page , which displays info extracted from IMDB.com database for any movie.
Benifit from adding content to your users interested in movie searching , also benifit from a maintenance free web page !
Keep your users happy and on your page browser , why leave your page when they can have it ?

This is a simple addon that fetches and displays data from imdb.com
and display it within your vb templates .

Installation is quite simple :

1-)
First edit the imdb_config.php
Only three edits , make sure you include the right path
ESPECIALY when you use cache option as true.

2-)
Second upload all files in the Forums ROOT folder,
Include the empty folders imdbcache and imdbimages
Those two folders must be "chmod 777"
(IF you change these folders names you must do so as well from the config file)

3-)
Import the product to create the 3 needed templates.

(the templates.txt is just a text version of the templates going to be added)
They are imdb_moviecache , imdb_movieinfo , imdb_moviesearch

4-) You need to link to your domain.tld/forum/movies.php
A good place to do that is your navbar template

Hello Bakermedia, the download of this hack is currently limited to paying clients , although am in process of finding an alternative to this as the hack was originaly posted for free on vbulletin.org before it was disallowed there.
(You can check back in the next day or two i might offer it free if the alternative was available already)
As for freelance hacks, actually yes and no, ive made few custom hacks and rejected few based on the concept wether the idea is worth it or not
